The Farmhouse

The farmhouse renovation consisted of shoring up the foundation and aesthetic makeover for the interior. This 1880's house was in surprisingly good shape! The floors are all original and kept as is, except for kitchen (which was a later add-on). Our goal was to create an interior which reflected the time period of the house but still provided  modern amenities for optimum comfort. Click the arrows in the carousel to see before and after!

The Barn Event Space

The barn took a little more doin' than the house! The foundation was destined to crumble, but not on our watch! We new we could save it and planned on creating a studio where we could paint and hold workshops. When we finished, we realized we had created a fantastic event space. We think the rustic yet elegant chandeliers tie the whole thing together, don't you? Click the arrows in the carousel to see before and after!

The Bunkhouse

We are especially proud of this transformation, from old smokehouse to super-cute-and-comfy bunkhouse! We kept the weathered look on the outside, and added foundation, insulation, and a mighty cute bathroom. All the trim and the vanity are up-cycled from wood from the barn.

The bunkhouse sleeps 2 comfortably. WiFi pulls from the main house. Click on the picture carousel to see before and after!
